Drive institutional tie-ups with private schools, universities, CBSC/ICSE boards, and corporate CSR partners to launch new scout troops and adventure hubs.
District Headquarters (PAN India)
Responsible for mobilizing school troops, coordinating District Rallies, inspecting scout uniforms, registering new units, and reporting directly to State HQ.
Affiliated Schools & Campuses
Deliver weekly scout training sessions: knots & pioneering, flag protocol, map reading, basic first aid, campcraft, and prepare scouts for Pratham, Dwitiya, and Tritiya Sopan.
Affiliated Schools & Colleges
Foster leadership, physical self-defence, community service, and outdoor survival skills for Girl Guide units and Ranger patrols across partner educational institutions.
Tehsil / Block Clusters
Manage ground operations across 15-25 schools in a designated block. Supervise rural scouting drives, health camps, Swachh Bharat rallies, and unit membership registers.
National Training Campsites & Adventure Grounds
Manage high-altitude trekking camps, rappelling, zip-line, water rescue equipment, campfire logistics, and enforce international outdoor safety standards.
